100% Natural Mineral Soap Bar
Created especially for Nayad by perfumer Liza Witte, this handcrafted soap combines natural oils with mineral salts that support the cleansing quality of the ritual. Its warm, enveloping scent brings the attention back into the body, while the salts accompany the intention of clearing accumulated energetic residue. Used together with the sponge, the soap allows physical cleansing and energetic cleansing to take place as one continuous movement.

Organic Sponge
A natural sea sponge chosen for its tactile quality and its ability to bring awareness directly to the skin. During the ritual, you move it consciously across the ears, neck, shoulders and body, helping to physically cleanse while the audio guides the energetic release taking place alongside it. The repetitive contact creates a steady rhythm through which you can feel where tension or residue may still be held and allow the water to carry it away.

Ritual Guidance Card and Audio
The guidance card leads you into the ritual and gives access to the accompanying audio experience. You are guided to imagine the water loosening impressions that no longer belong to you and carrying them back into the larger cycle of the earth. Smokey Quartz is traditionally associated with grounding, calm and energetic protection. Within the Shower Ritual it acts as an anchor while water creates movement through the field.
