At Nayad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you have the right to return it in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to hello@nayadwellbeing.com or by using the standard withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy.

By purchasing and using the Nayad Bathing Ritual Package, you agree to the following terms and
conditions:
1. Overview
The Nayad ritual package is a handcrafted offering designed for personal, spiritual, and energetic
use at home. Each item in the package has been carefully selected and composed with intention.
Due to the intimate and energetic nature of the product, we ask that you read and respect the
following conditions to ensure a transparent and soulful exchange.
2. Returns & Refunds
● Because this is a personal wellness product involving body oil, salts, and paper-based items,
returns are not accepted, unless:
○ You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product that it arrived damaged.
○ Your claim includes photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
● If your return is approved, you may receive a full or partial refund or a replacement
package.
● We reserve the right to assess the condition and legitimacy of any return request.
3. Shipping & Delivery
● All packages are shipped using trusted courier services.
● Once your order is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the
shipping provider.
● To ensure safe and secure delivery, we recommend selecting a pickup point to ensure a safe
delivery.
● Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates only.
4. Use & Responsibility
● This ritual is not a medical or psychological treatment and should not be used as a
substitute for professional care.
● Individuals with allergies or sensitivities are responsible for reviewing the full list of
ingredients before use.
● By purchasing this product, you agree to use it at your own discretion and responsibility.
● Nayad is not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological reactions resulting from
use of the product.
5. Payment
● Payment is required in full at checkout, via the available online payment methods.
● All prices are listed in EURO and include V AT where applicable.
● Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
6. Intellectual Property
● All content, text, rituals, meditations, product descriptions, imagery, and designs are the
intellectual property of Nayad and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used in
any form without prior written consent.
● Purchasing the ritual package does not grant rights to replicate or share its content
commercially or publicly.
7. Collaborations
● We welcome aligned collaborations, but all use of the ritual for events, retreats, or other
public settings must be discussed with and approved by Nayad in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
● To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nayad shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the product.
● We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider or
customs services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled under
Dutch jurisdiction.
